REFUND POLICY

At Synthprint, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If for any reason you find your order unsatisfactory, we offer a refund policy valid for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. However, beyond this period, we regretfully cannot facilitate refunds.

Refund requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  1. The product is defective (e.g., damaged print).
  2. The product does not match the description.
  3. You are just not happy with it.

To process your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that refunds will not be issued without this documentation.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned items. Upon receiving the items, we will refund the shipping costs. 
Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. Damaged or excessively used products may be ineligible for a refund.
